John Heinrich, founder of Summit Civil Consulting, has spent over 40 years working in the civil construction industry.
After decades working across a wide range of civil projects—from planning and estimating through to site coordination and project completion — he founded Summit Civil Consulting to offer contractors, developers, and construction managers something that's genuinely hard to find: experienced, independent oversight from someone who's actually been in the trenches and in the machine.
He specializes in helping project teams improve performance, reduce delays, control costs, and maintain quality standards, whether that means short-term support during a critical phase or ongoing consulting across the life of a project.
Based on Vancouver Island and working throughout BC, he works with clients who want a straight-talking, experienced partner in their corner that delivers results.
