John Heinrich is a Senior Civil Construction professional with over 40 years of experience delivering complex municipal, infrastructure, and site-servicing projects throughout British Columbia. He has successfully led heavy civil projects across both public and private sectors, specializing in underground utilities, sanitary and storm systems, watermain upgrades, pump stations, roadworks, and large commercial site civil developments.

 

Known for strong field leadership, he consistently delivers projects under tight schedules while maintaining high standards for safety, environmental compliance, and quality control. He is highly experienced in managing self-perform crews, coordinating subcontractors, liaising with municipalities,
engineers, consultants, and the public, ensuring compliance with current construction standards and
environmental requirements.

 

With extensive safety and supervisory training, he brings a practical, solutions-driven leadership style focused on efficient execution, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery from
planning through closeout.
